As a Fellow at The Fairness Project, Olivia assists with digital fundraising and content creation, working collaboratively to produce and organize media for progressive ballot initiatives.
Before joining The Fairness Project, Olivia found her passion for politics after becoming involved in extracurricular advocacy efforts to achieve racial and gender equity in politics, such as co-leading the Sex and Society and Common Ground Clubs. She has also worked as a digital content creator and newsletter writer, and editor at a media startup founded by and for women and non-binary people of color. She has recently begun work as a regular staff writer and editor for the Politics and Activism branch.
Olivia is originally from Northern California but has (so far) lived in Washington D.C., Virginia, Maryland, and Oregon. She is a 2021 graduate of Lewis & Clark College who enjoys persuasive writing and debate and plans to continue her studies to pursue a graduate degree in Public Policy.
