Nicole brings more than five years of operations experience to The Fairness Project, specializing in transforming big progressive ideas into reality.
Nicole’s background in politics started at James Madison University where she earned her BA in International Affairs, Latin American Culture, and Spanish language. It was there she became passionate about issues including racial and environmental justice. After graduating, Nicole moved to D.C. and has been working to support high impact organizations ever since. Previously at The State Department and 270 Strategies, Nicole works to build financial, operational, and company management infrastructure to ensure organizations have a strong foundation to thrive and reach their highest potential.
Nicole has lived in the Washington, D.C. area her entire life and now lives in Maryland with her husband, Alec, and rescue animals, Brutus and Banjo. She cares deeply about social justice, loves cooking up spicy recipes, adding to her vinyl record collection, and hiking in the Shenandoah Valley.
