Melissa Feldsher has over a decade of experience in polling, messaging strategy, and communications working at the intersection of campaigns, causes, and brands.

Before joining The Fairness Project, Melissa worked on Hillary for America ’16, Obama for America ’12, and Obama for America ’08 shaping qualitative and quantitative research, messaging strategy, and paid media campaigns. She has also helped drive brand strategy for organizations such as Planned Parenthood, EMILY’s List, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and Share Our Strength while at the New York based advertising agency, SS+K.

Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the Johns Hopkins University, and a Master of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications from the Medill School at Northwestern University.
