Senior Digital Organizer
As Senior Digital Organizer, Charlie helps The Fairness Project maximize its digital reach, using strategy, analytics, and new ideas to bring economic fairness to as many voters as possible.
Charlie brings more than 10 years of experience working to build support for progressive policies and movements. He began his career successfully leading campus advocacy for transgender-inclusive policies while in college at the University of Mary Washington. Charlie cut his teeth on large-scale digital advocacy as a Digital Organizer at the Human Rights Campaign managing various state-specific social platforms to support HRC’s electoral work in the 2018 election. Most recently, Charlie was the digital strategist at the National Center for Transgender Equality, where he managed all 501(c)3 digital strategies, including helping to drive a record-breaking number of comments to HHS in support of transgender people’s access to healthcare without discrimination.
Charlie is from Charlottesville, VA and enjoys riding his bike, poking around on his typewriter, and hanging out with his two rabbits Freddie and Waffles.
